In Windermere there are a lot of attractions. These attractions are easily accessible and are open on a daily bases. There are a number of places that you have to visit whilst your there like lake Windermere, lake Windermere’s Cruises are leading to tourist attraction in the heart of the Lake District on England's largest lake.

La Galerie D'Art - Bowness-on-Windermere is an Art gallery in Bowness on Windermere, often displaying unique prints and limited editions.

Beatrix Potter Gallery, The exhibition of original sketches and watercolours painted by Beatrix Potter for her children's stories changes annually. Also on display are artefacts and information relating to her life and work beyond the 'Tales'.

Cookhouse Gallery, Cookhouse Gallery offers a wide selection of high quality originals and fine art prints at affordable prices, many of which are Lakeland scenes by local artists such as Jeff Sudders, Judy Boyes, Paul Harley and Diane Gainey.

Windermere Steamboat Museum, Windermere Steamboat Museum Set in a magnificent location in the heart of Lakeland, Windermere Steamboat Museum houses a unique collection of historic steamboats and motorboats, including the SL Dolly of 1850 - the oldest mechanically powered boat in the world, with its original engine still in running order.
